Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Urban Frame is a knowledge-based design practice engaged in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning. The portfolio includes Commercial + Offices, Cultural, Educational, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed-Use, Sports Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Urban Planning & Design.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to be part of our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience and a strong background in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from concept design to handover
  • Lead and guide a team of Architects/Senior Architects
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure project alignment with client design goals
  • Anticipate and resolve complex technical and design issues
  • Provide design and technical guidance
  • Conduct periodic meetings with clients and consultants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture; master's degree preferred
  • Extensive portfolio of work in Real Estate and corporate campuses
  • Demonstrable experience in large projects
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
