Job Title: Project Manager Lead

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
    • Take corrective action to mitigate risks and ensure project stays on track
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results
    • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve project delivery
  • Billing and Payment
    • Manage billing and payment processes to ensure timely payment from clients
    • Ensure accurate and transparent invoicing and financial reporting
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
