Senior Production Executive

Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Executive to lead the production process from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets.

This key role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients within a dedicated vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production projects, leading a team of creative producers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of production projects including initial client briefs, budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of creative producers fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative strategy, finance, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing preferably within the BFSI sector with a strong understanding of creative production processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
