Visual Creative Lead

We are looking for a skilled Visual Creative Lead to join our team. As a creative lead, you will be responsible for crafting brand identities, website visuals, and videos that tell compelling brand stories.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating high-quality graphics for conversion Ads
  • Developing innovative designs based on given briefs by the internal team
  • Utilizing AI image-gen tools for cutting-edge visuals
  • Applying brand aesthetics & art direction across various design projects
  • Managing multiple projects & meeting tight deadlines effectively
  • Delivering quality output for assigned tasks on a daily basis
  • Staying updated with design trends & continuously refining your skills

You will need:

  • Experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience with AI-based image generation tools is a plus
  • Strong time-management & organizational skills
  • Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals for designing conversion-friendly Ads
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually & collaborate effectively
