**Creative Design Manager Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled creative design manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results on well-recognized projects.

The role requires direct ownership of design deliverables, from concept through completion, while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams as needed. Strong project and resource management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage complex tasks and excel at problem-solving using a first-principles approach.

The successful candidate will be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output, while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Collaboration: Work directly with the product marketing team to brainstorm and independently produce high-quality, captivating artwork across both digital and print formats.
  • Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, demonstrating the ability to execute ideas independently from concept through final output, while delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
  • Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying partner schools' brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors, ensuring marketing goals and challenges are addressed effectively.
  • Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines and securing all necessary approvals for deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet the quality standards and partner school guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art, or a similar field preferred.
  • 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency, startup setting, or as a consultant.
  • Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
  • Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience and a keen interest in integrating AI into daily design work are highly desirable.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a cross-functional environment and incorporating feedback from both analytical and marketing team members.
  • Fluent in English, with strong conversational skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
