Roles & Responsibilities:
- Familiarize yourself with our company vision and mission while working towards achieving predetermined goals and objectives.
- Boost sales by identifying and targeting potential clients for increased business growth.
- Determine sales targets and ensure they are successfully achieved, while finding new partners and business prospects.
- Gather and maintain client data in our database.
- Establish connections with prospective clients through phone and video calls.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales within the designated timeframe.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
- BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH MULTIPLE SCHOOLS BASED IN INDIA FOR WEBINARS, CONSULTATIONS, AND WORKSHOPS.
- Identify new opportunities for sales campaigns.
- Discover potential customers and conduct market research.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analyze plans and innovative strategies to drive business growth and sales.
- Enhance our company reputation by continually improving performance and collaborating with employees across departments.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Bachelor's degree in business or commerce from a reputable university.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Self-motivated individuals with high grasping ability.
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace, and proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
