Job Title: Manager - Strategic Alliance

Zycus is seeking a seasoned Manager - Strategic Alliance to drive business growth and partnerships in the APAC region. As a key member of our Alliances team, you will be responsible for building and managing complex relationships with top Management & Procurement Consulting firms and large System Integrators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, manage, and grow the Alliances ecosystem for all Business territories in APJ market.
  • Hunt and nurture potential partners and resellers in assigned territories.
  • Build and manage complex networks of relationships within these organizations, identify key account managers for major deals, and influence them to work with Zycus.
  • Support Sales to generate a good pipeline of New Opportunities with the help of these Alliance relationships.
  • Drive partner enablement programs and trainings to help partners become ready to deal with Zycus' suite independently.
  • Plan and drive marketing programs, News Letters, etc. for Alliances assigned regionally/locally.
  • Handle internal and external coordination, legal agreements with new/existing partners, finance payment advice, status of project milestone, cadence calls, RFX response scouting for partners, and creating the data pool.
  • Reporting and Data collection - Creating and managing reports in Salesforce and alliances-related data handling.
  • Handling Zycus Demo setup and issues, Litmos access to new partners, Litmos access issues, and Litmos new course assignment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is a must.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Alliance Relationships in international business scenarios (Local/Regional/Global) and should be able to drive these relationships with Sales to close Large deals.
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of complex enterprise deals and partner influencers and relationship management.
  • Ability to work with regional sales teams collaboratively driving complex enterprise deals.
