Job Description

Katalon, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Regional Alliances Manager to join our team in the EU region. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic alliance partner relationships between Katalon and System Integrators (SIs) throughout the EU region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive business growth and expansion in the EU region.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage active opportunities, thoroughly map accounts, and ensure clear and compelling communication of Katalon's and SI's capabilities and platforms.
  • Plan and execute strategic monthly and quarterly sales outreach initiatives, leading the facilitation of joint campaigns and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives while analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and opportunities within the EU region.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Katalon's Revenue and Marketing teams to drive lead and demand generation, engage in proactive opportunity management and forecasting to align with regional strategic goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Katalon's Legal, Finance, and other Operations teams to support the development and execution of strategic partner business and marketing plans for Katalon's testing solutions and platforms in the EU region.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on the Katalon platform, serving as a strategic advisor and go-to resource for SI partner teams.
  • Assist the Partnership operations team with the strategic planning and execution of partner-related events such as conferences, webinars, newsletters, and tech events in the EU region.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Self-motivated professional with over 10+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role within a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment in the EU region. With at least 5 years of experience in strategic alliance management in the Software Test Automation or DevOps industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly learn and independently execute strategic objectives within a Katalon-provided business plan and operating framework.
  • Initiative and Ownership: Ability to develop, support, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and programs with minimal oversight from Katalon senior management. Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for strategic partners, activities, and accounts.
  • Passion for Success: A passion for strategic thinking, helping others, and driving Katalon customer success.
