Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective credit strategies for unsecured personal loans.
  • Collaborate with data teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks and ensure smarter credit decisions.
  • Oversee critical loan lifecycle stages, including disbursement, repayment, and collections.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and create measures to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in unsecured personal loans within the digital lending environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital lending platforms, including underwriting and credit policies.
  • Experience working with fintech or NBFC companies, preferably those with their own consumer-facing apps.
  • Ability to work with large datasets to inform decision-making and drive results.
