Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals in managing credit risk across various industries and asset classes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective credit risk strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive credit risk management plans to mitigate potential losses and ensure the long-term sustainability of the business.
  • Lead a team of credit analysts and risk managers in conducting thorough credit assessments, analyzing financial data, and identifying potential risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in credit risk management, underwriting, and portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
