Asia Pacific Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in the Finance team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering strategic solutions. You will work on projects to implement regulatory reporting changes mandated by Asia Pacific country regulators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Finance users, Technology, and external vendors to deliver strategic solutions
- Writing business requirements and functional specifications
- Following Agile methodology and working closely with Technology teams
- Acting as a subject matter expert in Asia Pacific Local Regulatory Reporting implementations space
- Providing Project Management Office support including creating project communications and preparing project materials
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking industry as a Finance/Product Controller/Business Analyst/Product Owner/Auditor with regulatory reporting solution implementation experience
- Good data analysis and analytical skills with ability to gather and validate facts
- Positive attitude and easy to work with while delivering on high priority initiatives
Preferred qualifications and skills include:
- Knowledge of industry leading regulatory reporting vendor applications
- Knowledge of macro or digital accelerator tools to support project deliverables
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
