We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Specialist to drive our Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Banking & Financial Services workflows and strong experience with the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and Workflow Automation.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
- Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
- Configure features including Approval Processes and Workflow Automation.
- Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce implementations in banking/financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong understanding of data migration, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
