We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machinery Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machinery operations, with a focus on preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in nutraceutical manufacturing, as well as setting up, calibrating, and adjusting machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • They will conduct routine equipment checks to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations, and maintain product quality standards during machine operations in line with GMP guidelines.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in machinery operations within Nutraceuticals, Food Manufacturing, or Pharmaceuticals is required.
  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is also necessary.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of machine operation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices is also required.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines is necessary.
