Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled financial operations specialist to manage the financial aspects of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Prepare and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and improve cost efficiency.
  • Daily Banking Operations: Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
  • Export Transactions: Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Compliance: Support statutory audits, tax audits, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Banking Operations: Experience in banking operations and export transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent command over P&L, Balance Sheet preparation, and reconciliations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/Tally/SAP and MS Excel.
Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA): Mandatory
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing plant
