Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial activities, driving process improvements, and providing guidance to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Perform accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management with precision and accuracy.
  • Closing Processes: Assist in month-end and year-end close processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Review and Approval: Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
  • Team Support: Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a BPM/SSC environment.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience with accounting software such as E1, QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
