Financial Operations Manager

Loyal and efficient financial management is crucial for any organization.

The Financial Operations Manager will oversee all day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. They will also be responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and handling audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Conduct thorough financial analysis, prepare budgets, and forecast financial performance to ensure accurate decision-making.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting and Audits: Prepare and review financial reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management and Financial Regulations: Manage cash flow effectively, ensure timely payments, and maintain a strong understanding of financial regulations.
  • Taxation Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of taxation laws in various countries, including UAE, India, and the US.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with international accounting standards such as IFRS, GAAP, and loyalty accounting standards.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional Certifications: CPA or CA certification is highly desirable but not essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required for this role.
