Financial Operations Associate

This is an in-office role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the treasury head in managing day-to-day financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in cash management, banking operations, and foreign exchange risk mitigation, including hedging.
- Manage relationships with all financial institutions, liaising with bankers and wealth advisors.
- Support in setting up/updating internal policies, controls, and procedures.
- Enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Prepare and monitor company cash forecasts and cash flows.
- Manage daily/monthly cash flow and other reporting.
- Coordinate balance confirmations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Responsible for audits, including statutory, internal, and special audits.
- Negotiate and evaluate limits, overdrafts, loans, debt structures, and investments with bankers.
- Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiency and cost.
- Drive digitization and implement innovative solutions across the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process. Be up-to-date on fintech and market developments.
