Job Description

As a Financial and Operational Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will partner with global finance teams to develop and implement strategic plans, analyze financial and operational results, and provide meaningful recommendations for improvement.

  • Prepare and manage data analytics on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain analytical models to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with leadership to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills).
  • Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence management and drive change.
