We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our finance team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting process, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving strategic planning.

This role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on accounting expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely closure of books and accurate financial reporting.
  • Compliance & Audits
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Accounts Management
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
  • Process reimbursements and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Stakeholder Reporting & Analysis
  • Create MIS reports for management and investors.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with HR, Admin, and leadership teams.
  • Support financial planning for internal initiatives and business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command over financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tools; experience with accounting software.
  • Experience handling audits, payroll systems, and statutory filings.

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
