**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and implementing financial systems to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction. A CA/ MBA (Finance) / CMA degree is preferred, along with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models; advise leadership on cost optimization, capital allocation, and ROI analysis;
  • Accounting & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and payroll; ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax regulations;
  • Procurement & Cost Control: Collaborate with procurement and operations to track material costs and vendor payments; implement cost control measures across the supply chain and manufacturing units;
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level dashboards; analyze financial data to support strategic decisions and performance reviews;
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Recommend and implement financial systems; streamline documentation and approval workflows for finance-related processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: CA/ MBA (Finance) / CMA degree;
  • Experience: 5-10 years in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or construction;
  • Technical Skills: Budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, compliance, Excel, Tally/SAP;
  • Priorities: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, strong communicator;
  • Friendly Skill: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
