We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee tax reporting for annuity products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15–20 associates.
- Oversee tax reporting for annuity transactions (premiums, payouts, interest, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Drive process improvements and support audits.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in tax reporting/financial operations (insurance/annuity preferred).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations.
- Proven leadership experience in a regulated environment.
- CPA preferred, Excel & tax systems proficiency required.
