Business Finance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to join our organization. The role requires strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior management to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage accounting, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in IT or consulting.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial tools, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
