We are seeking a Business Finance Leader to spearhead our financial operations. This strategic role will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enforcing the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Analyzing financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Evaluating financial performance against budget and providing variance analysis.
  • Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and external parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • CS, CPA, CFA CMA are a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP, including IndAS.
  • Timely closure of books every month and Investor reporting.
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management.
  • Effective implementation of processes.
  • Experience in managing Big 4 auditors.
  • Experience in implementation of ERP.
