Factory Operations Lead
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily activities at a modern manufacturing facility.
- Oversee and manage factory operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
- Develop and implement production strategies, schedules, and budgets to meet output targets on time and within budget constraints.
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff across all facility departments.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor staff performance, equipment condition, and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to enforce quality assurance protocols and continuously improve product standards.
- Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal working condition and minimize downtime.
- Implement and monitor safety policies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for raw material supply, logistics, and timely delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare and present regular production performance reports to senior management.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment and actively resolve operational issues.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting; background in machinery, metal products, or similar manufacturing highly desired. Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.

Prior experience in machinery manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related industries is desirable. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a modern manufacturing facility focusing on operational excellence and high product quality in a supportive environment.
