Operations Executive Role

As a key member of our operations team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities and ensure they align with our overall strategic goals. This includes managing teams, developing strategies, and resolving complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the adoption of our digitized platform, communicate its benefits, and support users in downloading and utilizing the App.
  • Drive the adoption process by providing training and assistance to those without the App, ensuring seamless ordering and payment processes.
  • Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate changes with the tech team, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays.
  • Conduct regular inspections, perform hourly governance checks, and address any issues or incidents that may arise.
  • Foster a positive work culture, ensure timely service, and gather feedback from employees and clients regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas, overseeing cafeteria counters to maintain high standards.
  • Inspect work areas during and after use, maintaining proper waste disposal and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) records.
  • Ensure equipment operates according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP), reporting any downtime to relevant departments.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and employees.
  • Basic computer knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Able to lead and manage teams, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Graduate-level education, with a preference for hospitality certifications.
  • Minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience.
