Job Title: Workplace Operations Specialist

We're seeking a talented individual who can bring their unique skills to our team. As a Workplace Operations Specialist, you will support the Head of Workplace APAC in managing workplace operations in the South-East Asia region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices.
  • Managing the annual budget for workplace operations while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Anticipating business needs within the local portfolio and proactively recommending Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions.
  • Building and nurturing successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver effective CRE services.

You will be responsible for fostering and leveraging strategic relationships across functions and regions. To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent project management and organizational skills, proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building, and analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of overall experience in workplace operations or related fields, including 4-6 years of experience specifically managing or working with corporate real estate or facility management technologies.
