Closing Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Closing Operations Specialist to oversee client engagement, conduct project walkthroughs, handle negotiations, and ensure deal closure with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-intent leads, CPs, and brokers to assist in closure of referred clients.
  • Present the project, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends & market landscapes.
  • Prepare cost sheets, booking forms, and collect necessary KYC documents for smooth execution of booking.
  • Collaborate with legal, CRM, and finance teams for seamless execution.
  • Report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to the Site Head/Manager.
  • Train the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling & product updates.
  • Track and report team KPIs: walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressure.
  • Team management experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
