Client Experience Manager

Key to success in this role is building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with customers to ensure they get the most value from our products.
This involves:
- Managing post-sales interactions
- Onboarding new customers
- Driving product adoption
- Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs
Responsibilities include:
- Developing action plans for customers
- Communicating regularly with customers
- Escalating issues as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or an MBA from an institution focused on agri-business management
- 3-6 years of experience in Account & Project management and customer-facing roles
- Proven experience in technical issue resolution and escalation management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter who can own ongoing customer success for both large and small clients
