Client Servicing Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Client Servicing Professional to assume a pivotal role within our organization. In this position, you will be entrusted with delivering exceptional client experiences in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and enhance client relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and efficient query resolution.
  • Administer subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to regulatory compliance and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Possession of an MBA in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Sound knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
