Job Title: Senior Client Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our client onboarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of new and existing businesses for top clients, ensuring seamless execution and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team, overseeing human resources, development, work allocation, training, and escalations.
  • Provide exceptional client service as the single-point-of-contact for end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during product implementations.
  • Oversee multi-jurisdiction client onboarding and product & service implementations.
  • Collaborate with clients and coverage teams to develop and execute implementation plans using project management principles.
  • Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues to closure.
  • Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of industry experience in an implementation function, including client-facing roles within the banking space.
  • Experience leading and managing teams, including development and HR oversight, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Technical client consulting experience with ISO 20022 or EDI message formats and XML.
  • Proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop and execute implementation plans for complex, strategic change programs.
  • Exhibits executive presence with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels and communicate effectively and clearly.
