Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Specialist to join our team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Implementation Specialists are responsible for client account openings and product set up requests (including new, changing or expanding requirements).
  • Delivering seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German speaking and writing (B2 and above).
  • 5-8 years of handling client-facing roles.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Cash Management products is preferred.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills in German.

Benefits:

  • Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.

Others:

  • Be able to provide Bank letters based on template and procedure defined.
  • Manage each case using internal case management tool.
