Job Title: Key Account Professional
Role Overview:
The position of a Key Account Professional is pivotal in our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing one or more client accounts and functioning as the direct point of contact for clients.
This role works under close supervision and requires comfort coordinating with various internal teams. The Key Account Professional must be able to handle high-stress situations and manage client expectations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Act as the liaison between the client and departments within the organization, ensuring the brief is accurate, prepare client presentations, and execute overall project deliverables according to timelines.
2. Project Coordination: Oversee briefing, project management, budget controls, and project traffic management to ensure projects are completed on time and within specified parameters.
3. Account Development: Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management in the event/advertising industry or a related field.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
3. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
