About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience through effective client servicing and sales. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service while also achieving business growth.

Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. Graduation is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Drive sales by engaging with clients and achieving set targets.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
  • Contribute to strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation (mandatory, any stream).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
