About the opportunity:

What will you do?

Develop and drive solution-based program strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Oversee the execution of tactical plans, managing day-to-day operations of integrated teams across programs and pitches
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication
- Coordinate and integrate efforts with agency partners for cohesive and effective execution
- Act as a strategic advisor, translating client needs into actionable insights for internal teams while balancing agency goals
- Manage client financials, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation
- Navigate and resolve conflicts among internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners to maintain a collaborative working environment

Have a comprehensive understanding of clients business landscape, goals, and industry trends
- Possess exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively align Integrated Agency Teams (IATs) with client vision
