Senior Associate Customer Success Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Customer Success professional to join our team. As a key liaison between our company and clients, you will be responsible for managing high-value relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing engagement strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
- Client Goals Understanding: Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Feedback and Improvement: Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
- 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
