Job Title: Senior Client Care Executive
\Job Summary:
\- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Client Care Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via voice chat, email, and providing exceptional customer experience.
- You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Responsibilities:
\- Awareness of Business Strategy: You should have a thorough understanding of our business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
- Business Responsibilities: You will be responsible for delivering business and financial objectives, processing references, and managing people and talent matters.
- Key Responsibilities: You will adhere to processes to ensure best customer satisfaction survey ratings, sustain quality service, minimize rejections, and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Customer Data Confidentiality: You must strictly adhere to confidentiality policies and ensure KPIs and KRI's are achieved.
- Initiate and Achieve Targets: You will initiate and strive towards achieving set targets and service standards.
