Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our Red Hat OpenShift clusters. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with other teams.

About the Role

  • This is a key position that plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. As an OpenShift administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing our clusters to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
  • You will also perform regular upgrades and patching of OCP environments, as well as troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • This role requires close collaboration with other teams to resolve platform-related issues and ensure seamless integration of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cluster Management: Install, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to resolve platform-related issues and ensure seamless integration of services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Certification: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certification.
