Job Overview:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of SAP systems, ensuring seamless integration with databases, hardware, and peripherals. The successful candidate will be accountable for SAP system installations, upgrades, and management of Corrections and Transport Systems (CTS).

  • Technical design and implementation of a global SAP framework
  • SAP system monitoring and support to ensure high availability and performance
  • Setup and administer SAP print services and queues to optimize business operations
  • Coordinate SAP system performance and capacity planning to meet evolving business needs
  • Work closely with Global Data Center staff to ensure smooth system operations
  • Lead upgrade and maintenance projects to improve system reliability and efficiency
  • Conduct rigorous testing on new applications prior to live implementation to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Establish documenting and monitoring procedures to drive business improvement
  • Address system issues promptly, escalating to the relevant teams as needed
  • Implement technologies and processes to automate system monitoring and performance benchmarking
  • Oversee daily tasks and develop Basis skills of Operation Technicians
