Job Title: SAP Commerce Lead

As a seasoned commerce leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and rollout of SAP Commerce projects across multiple countries. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive the success of our teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality standards.


Your primary focus will be on leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, utilizing your extensive knowledge of headless commerce architectures, Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and SAP Commerce Accelerator storefronts. You will work closely with architects, front-end, and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.


To achieve this, you will customize and extend SAP Commerce Accelerator storefronts to meet business requirements, develop and maintain integrations between SAP Commerce, SAP ERP, and cloud platforms, and drive performance optimization and debugging efforts to improve system reliability and responsiveness. You will also apply DevOps best practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.


Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and SAP Commerce Accelerator storefront
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex rollout projects
  • Hands-on experience with integration between SAP Commerce and SAP ERP/cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of DevOps processes and experience using Git for version control
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and modern eCommerce best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
