Job Title: Application Developer – SAP Hybris Commerce

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with a strong background in SAP Hybris Commerce to design, build, and configure applications that align with business processes and application requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Hybris Commerce, driving the development of application solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Lead and guide team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Take ownership of project decisions and contribute to strategic decisions across multiple projects.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems within the team and across different projects.
  • Cultivate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise and technical capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of application features.
Technical RequirementsMandatory Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Hybris Commerce with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Deep understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and system integration techniques.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.
