Job Overview:

  • Deliver technical expertise in e-commerce applications and processes to ensure operational excellence and continuity.
  • Collaborate with businesses and IT teams to develop and support the functional solution design/approach, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Act as a key interface between e-commerce vendors and stakeholders.
  • Support electronic data interchange (EDI) and SAP order management solutions utilized for e-commerce.
  • Perform level 2 IT support for EDI.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of IT solutions to enhance business functionality and overall performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and test various SAP modules.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend/develop solutions to meet required needs.
  • Transfer customer requirements to aligned and sustainable IT solutions.
  • Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
  • Manage or participate in new IT implementations.
  • Investigate, analyze, solve, and test problems/tickets, mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, especially related to order management.
  • Experience with portal knowledge (Ariba, SupplyOn, etc.), creation and maintenance of mapping documents.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams (infrastructure, vendor, ABAP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
