About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce development, Agile methodologies, and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop solutions within a multi-functional Agile team to support key business needs for web applications.
  • Implement and test back-end solutions for e-commerce websites.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale architecture change projects in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Proven technical leadership skills with an internal team within a client-facing environment.
  • An understanding of web technologies and an appreciation for capacity and performance design considerations.
  • A good understanding of HCL Commerce functional and technical architecture.
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and REST.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, written documentation, and oral communication skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience developing headless HCL Commerce solutions.
  • An interest in the ongoing developments of HCL Commerce.
  • Good front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks.
  • Web-tier configuration experience.
