Unlock Revenue Growth Potential

As a key member of our analytics team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our e-commerce clients maximize profitability through revenue growth strategies and cost optimization.

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Analyst to drive business impact by uncovering revenue opportunities, optimizing pricing and bundling strategies, and implementing retention strategies to reduce churn.

  • Revenue Growth & Optimization
  • Analyze customer behavior, pricing models, and conversion funnels to identify revenue uplift potential.
  • Optimize pricing, bundling, and upsell strategies to increase average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to improve repeat purchase rates.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to measure and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).

Cost Optimization & Profitability

  • Identify inefficiencies in fulfillment, logistics, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to improve margins.
  • Analyze supply chain and inventory data to minimize holding costs and optimize cash flow.
  • Develop profitability forecasting models and scenario analyses to inform financial decision-making.

Data-Driven Insights & Execution

  • Build and maintain automated dashboards and self-serve analytics tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing on growth initiatives to measure impact and refine strategies.
  • Present key findings to senior stakeholders, driving execution on high-impact recommendations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth analytics, e-commerce analytics, or D2C consulting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (LTV, CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margins, etc.).
  • Understanding of A/B testing, attribution modeling, and pricing analytics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.
