Job Title: Digital E-Commerce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital E-Commerce Project Manager to lead our e-commerce project implementation across multiple markets in North America and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology platforms, integrations, and process optimization, with experience working with SAP teams, digital teams, and key users.

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, process risks, and propose best practice solutions.
  • Evaluate compliance and SOP around High Availability and optimized system performance.
  • Ensure a healthy balance between real-world risks and business needs for speed, agility, flexibility, and performance.
  • Control functional documentation and change management, presenting data and relevant content on respective subjects.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and integrations, including platforms and systems used by L'Oréal, E-Commerce Partners, and Market Places.
  • Experience working with SAP teams, digital teams, and key users to align and manage new developments, enhancements, and systems optimization.
  • Ability to identify technology risks, process risks, and propose communication and development of best practice solutions, and implement mitigating controls consistent with company strategy.
  • Familiarity with High Availability and optimized system performance principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to present data and relevant content to various stakeholders.
