About this role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Site Merchandiser to enhance customer experience and sales performance on Amazon. You will be responsible for planning and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business.
  • Developing and executing the site merchandising calendar, including Gateway campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Tracking and analyzing customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Designing and refreshing storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wire frame development to execution.
  • Coordinating with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
  • Developing, testing, and analyzing new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, documenting results, and sharing best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
