Job Description

E-Commerce Project Lead:

An ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of E-commerce projects across various markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives.

About the Role:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regional and country business owner expectations.
  • IT Operations: Collaborate with the Run team to maintain a robust support model that meets business needs for sustainable system operations and performance.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Business Servicing: Translate business needs into system requirements, driving the development and optimization of E-commerce/OMS platforms and integration layers.
  • Risk Management and Optimization: Identify and mitigate technology risks, process risks, and other areas of concern, proposing solutions to enhance system performance, security, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of technology platforms, integrations, and systems used in L'Oréal's E-commerce environment, including SAP, digital platforms, and marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTokShop, Kakao.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business leads, and key users to align on new developments, enhancements, and system optimizations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Strong dedication to compliance, with expertise in developing and implementing best practices, mitigating controls, and ensuring adherence to company strategy and guidelines.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Skilled in presenting data and relevant content to stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
