E-Commerce Technical Lead - Order to Cash

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Technical Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our SAP OTC Order to Cash eCommerce Technical Squad, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of eCommerce solutions that enhance the customer journey and streamline business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP eCommerce platform and a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with commercial stakeholders and stream leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define technical solutions for SAP Commerce Cloud and its ecosystem
  • Manage daily operations within the eCommerce local Squad
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams and other functional/delivery team members
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to eCommerce processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP Commerce Hybris, with expertise in eCommerce, Content Management, Migrations, CMS, and Supply Chain applications
  • Proven experience in full life cycle implementations of SAP Commerce Hybris B2C and B2B platforms

You will thrive in this role if you have excellent project management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Spartacus is a plus, as well as SAP certification in OTC or related modules.
