As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing our e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and e-commerce. They should possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of agile working processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing software using technologies such as Javascript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Force.com / Heroku, MuleSoft / Apigee.
  • Ability to define OpenAPI specifications.
  • Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON.
  • IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (desired, but not required).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with agile working processes.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
