Executive Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Sales Leader to spearhead our business development efforts.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients, particularly focusing on international markets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proven ability to drive the sales process and build long-lasting client relationships.

A strong understanding of the IT services landscape and current industry trends is essential.

This role requires self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate effectively with internal business teams to provide guidance
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within the IT services domain
Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT domain

Prior MBA education preferred
