As a Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and explaining the advantages of opening a Demat account.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, clearly outlining our services and benefits, and following up with clients regularly to ensure account satisfaction.
Key objectives include achieving monthly targets by opening a minimum of six Demat accounts, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account progress, and providing exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for success in this position. A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer acquisition is also required.
In addition, proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM software is necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management capabilities.
A background in finance or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
